Salesflo’s international growth has been featured as a business case study at the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), LUMS, one of Pakistan’s leading business schools.
Titled “SalesFlo Going Global,” the case was featured in the MBA B2B Marketing course and explores how Salesflo evolved from a Pakistan-founded sales technology company into a global B2B SaaS platform serving leading CPG and FMCG brands across markets including Saudi Arabia, Africa and South East Asia.
Authored by Bilal Anjum and Talha Saeed, MBA students at LUMS, under the supervision of Muhammad Luqman Awan, Senior Lecturer, SDSB, LUMS the case examines the strategic decisions behind Salesflo’s international expansion, including market selection, go-to-market strategy, product adaptation, and scaling a technology business across diverse regions.
The classroom discussion was complemented by a guest session from Sharoon Saleem, Co-Founder Salesflo, who shared insights into the company’s growth journey, product innovation, and the realities of building a globally competitive technology company from Pakistan. Students had the opportunity to connect classroom concepts with real-world business decisions through an interactive discussion.
Salesflo’s inclusion in the SDSB curriculum speaks to the growing recognition of Pakistan’s technology sector on the academic stage and reinforces how homegrown companies can build solutions that compete and scale globally.
Salesflo extends its gratitude to Mr. Muhammad Luqman Awan, Bilal Anjum, Talha Saeed, and the faculty and students at LUMS SDSB for making this collaboration possible.
